VCS2373 Omnipolar Magnetoresistive 360° Horizontal Sensing Switch

VCS2373 is a highly integrated two-dimensional low-power magnetic switch sensor that incorporates an AMR magnetic sensor and high-precision CMOS processing circuitry within an ultra-compact package. The CMOS circuitry provides precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation and push-pull output, achieving an industrial-grade operating temperature range (-40°C to 125°C). It also offers a wide operating voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V) and nanoampere-level current consumption, making it suitable for various handheld devices and battery-powered applications.

The two-dimensional magnetic switch can detect magnetic fields in any direction within the 360° plane of the chip, eliminating the need for magnets to be installed in specific orientations. This significantly simplifies installation requirements and greatly enhances system redundancy. Leveraging the high sensitivity of AMR technology, this switch combines low power consumption, compact size, and excellent temperature characteristics, making it an ideal choice for numerous low-power, high-performance applications.

VCS2373 is available in two package types: TO-92S and SOT23-3.
